Interacting mechanics
We prefer systems that influence one another so a decision in one part of the game can produce consequences somewhere else.
Night Circut Studios is an independent game studio founded by Jordan McDonald, focused on persistent worlds, interacting systems and player-driven experiences.
Night Circut Studios began around a simple idea: games become more interesting when players are given systems instead of a narrow sequence of answers. WorldNet is the first major expression of that idea.
The studio is intentionally presented as what it is today: an independent operation led by Jordan McDonald. There is no invented corporate history, fake staff list or inflated scale.
We prefer systems that influence one another so a decision in one part of the game can produce consequences somewhere else.
Ownership, reputation, infrastructure and history become more meaningful when they survive beyond one encounter.
Players should discover approaches, relationships and opportunities rather than merely selecting the next highlighted objective.
If a system is advertised, it should matter. If something is planned rather than playable, we would rather say that clearly.
